Luggy processes only the service fee via the app's secure payment gateway. All other payments between passengers (for bag carrying fees) are handled directly by the passengers โ€” usually in cash โ€” and are not collected, stored, or processed by Luggy.

Luggy is intended for passengers 18 years or older who hold valid travel identification. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
