Luggy processes only the service fee via the app's secure payment gateway. All other payments between passengers (for bag carrying fees) are handled directly by the passengers — usually in cash — and are not collected, stored, or processed by Luggy.

9.👶 Eligibility

Luggy is intended for passengers 18 years or older who hold valid travel identification. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
